At Apex Biopeptides, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Below are answers to some of the most common questions our customers ask.
1. What are research peptides?
Research peptides are short chains of amino acids used for laboratory, in vitro, or analytical science work. They are not approved for human or veterinary use, and are intended solely for experimental or research purposes.
2. Are your peptides tested for purity and identity?
Yes. Every batch is verified by independent labs. We provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs) to confirm purity, molecular identity, and quality for each product.
3. How should the peptides be stored?
Peptides are best kept in cool, dry conditions. Lyophilized (powder) form should be stored at or below [your recommended temp, e.g. 4°C] and protected from moisture. After reconstitution, use according to lab‑specific guidance and store as indicated on the product page.
4. What about reconstitution? What diluent should I use?
Reconstitution instructions vary by peptide. Please use sterile water (you can find it in our shop) or research‑grade diluent. Avoid non‑sterile liquids. Use appropriate lab tools, and follow best practices for handling research compounds.
5. How long does shipping take?
Orders placed by 3 PM EST ship the same or next business day. Delivery times depend on the destination; most U.S. orders arrive in 3 business days with standard services.
6. Do you use USPS for shipping?
Due to previous experiences of packaegs getting lost or delayed for weeks, we decided to stop offering this option.
7. What is your refund / return policy?
Because these are specialized research compounds, we do not accept returns once product has left the facility (unless there is an error on our part or the product fails QC). If you believe there’s a quality issue, contact us info@apexbiopeptides.com with your order number and batch/lot info, and we’ll review the COA and options.
8. Are your products legal in the U.S.?
Yes, our products are legal for research use only in the U.S. However, some state or local laws may impose additional restrictions. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to check and comply with relevant laws.
9. Can I get COAs (Certificates of Analysis)?
Absolutely. COAs are available on each product page and label. The QR Code on your Vial will take you to the lab website. They include details like purity, identity, quantity and other lab‑assayed metrics.

11. Are you responsible for how your peptides are used?
No. All compounds sold by Zenith Biopeptides are for laboratory research use only and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption. We do not condone, support, or accept any misuse of our products.
